Non-Disclosure Agreement and Digital Signature

, hereby agree that I will not share any forms, materials, or proprietary information of any kind that I receive from Blue Moon Senior Counseling LLC with any person not directly employed or contracted with by Blue Moon Senior Counseling LLC without the express written consent of both Melanie Donohue and Ben Smith IV. I also hereby agree that any breach of this Non-Disclosure Agreement shall be considered to cause irreparable and undue harm to Blue Moon Senior Counseling LLC and will result in a liquidated damages penalty of $10,000 USD (Ten Thousand Dollars). I hereby signal my understanding that even if I do not choose to work for Blue Moon Senior Counseling LLC, this Non-Disclosure Agreement is still binding upon me and that any forms, materials, or proprietary information related to Blue Moon Senior Counseling LLC that I previously received should be returned directly to Melanie Donohue at the earliest opportunity.
